How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on the item and your location, but most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Once your order is on the way, delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Because many of our items are made to order and carefully packed by hand, larger or highly detailed prints may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Tales and Scales Shoppe only ships within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we continue to grow.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven’t received tracking information after a few business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you out.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We want you to love your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right with a solution whenever possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can usually be canceled or changed within 24 hours of being placed. Since many of our items are made to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has started. If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns?
Because many Tales and Scales Shoppe items are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
